It will be 28 hours a week, Wed - Sat. We would like an enthusiastic food lover to fill this vacancy. Email us ya CV and some words about ya self and convince us why you would be the perfect addition to our gang.

Our classic choc chip cookie. Loads of chocolate, loads of salt. We use Maldon sea salt and a 55% chocolate which isn't bitter like a dark chocolate but way more chocolatey than a milk chocolate. And a short disclaimer that this was warm from the oven so if you want that molten, gooey middle you're gonna have to pop it in the toaster matey boy!

It’s gonna be a rare track this one. We make a toasted oat porridge using rye bran we save from dusting our proofing baskets. We scald the rye bran then add to toasted oats. Then it’s all added into the sourdough along with whole wheat. It’s a tasty fucker.
